Ken was super helpful from the get-go. He walked us through the home buying process and answered every little question we had. Ken has a ton of experience and was able to give great suggestions for changes we could make to a house and the potential of each of the listings that we saw. He was also great for negotiating with sellers and understanding how the market works.Being a first-time home buyer in this crazy market was very intimidating but Ken help us along and always looked out for us. He was always available to answer questions and look into things for us and always put our priorities, concerns, and preferences first.We highly recommend Ken if you need a realtor and want the best.

Ken was wonderful to worked with. He helped us navigate a crazy housing market and got us into the home we were waiting for. When the seller got a little difficult, Ken stepped up and made sure our interests were protected. His knowledge of the area was also immensely helpful. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Ken helped us through the whole process from when we decided it was time to sell our home until we closed. Before we listed he helped us identify the improvements we needed to make to make our house more attractive to buyers and kept us on track with a specific list of steps to get the house ready. He is also knowledgeable about local contractors and other personnel we needed to hire through the process. He helped us stage the house when we were ready to list it. And he took care of some of the paperwork once we had a buyer. Throughout the process he was responsive to our questions and concerns.

Ken was great to work with, he helped us buy our Maplewood home a few years back and now helped us sell it. He is very knowledgeable of the neighborhood and the market trends. His guidance throughout the sale of our house was a tremendous help as first time property sellers.
